When do I know I need a new system versus just a repair?

Our team is here to help you by walking you through the issues you are having, evaluating technology performance, balancing your goals with your budget, and passing along recommendations. There are no stupid questions or concerns for our service team who will provide honest feedback, even if it means just a free phone call.

If ForTech Solutions installed my system, can I purchase service/support?
Yes you can! For the first 90 days after your project is completed, we offer free support and service for issues related with the system*.
Beyond that, we have affordable and varying levels of support packages available for purchase at the completion of your project. To learn more about our support packages, give us a call.
*Any issues that are caused by external factors and not the fault of a ForTech Solutions system are not covered within the 90 days.
How long does it take to get a solution installed?
Typically, our team can begin installing your system within 4-6 weeks pending the shipment of technology and the flexibility of our installation schedule. Of course, there can also be exceptions
How do I start the process of installing new integrated systems?
